What percentage of the 76 dead in Afghanistan is directly connected to Obama's "code pink" rules of engagement?

In my opinion all 76 of them are, it is obvious 0bama has no knowledge of how to run a war, he has handcuffed our fighting forces with his restrictions, that is not to say previous presidents have not hampered them as well, but Barry 0 takes the cake as far as restricting combatants in a hostile engagement. In my opinion when you send forces to fight a war, let the military accomplish their objective in the manner they see fit. Even in World War II the democrats restricted our forces in conducting the war. While a civilian control over the military is necessary in my opinion civilian over control is the problem.. When you go to war get in win and then get out, but do what it takes to win.
