Should i say I like him or what?

I have like him since secondary school, we are clmates in the past 4 years of my secondary life. now at ITE, although we are at the same course, differance cl, but we still meets each other quite often. he has lots of girls chasing and firting him cause he's quite hamesome. As clmate for 4 years, what i knows bout him is that he has a good personality which is quite like me. What should I do?? Should I tell I like him???
