Why do boys just stare at you?! It's a long story? Please, I'm begging you to help?

Ugh, I like him, but I want him to come up and actually have a conversation with me. I really, really, really like him, but he's kind of a bad boy but he has never had a girlfriend before or anything, and he's not shy at all with boys, but all he does is stare, and try to start the stupidest conversations ever with me. Like "is this your pencil?", and "watch out because I'm going to run out of this room in a while", and "come on and walk faster because my grandma is dead and she can walk faster then you", but he didn't even have to do that, all he had to do was p me. I keep trying to get over him, but it won't work at all. You can't just give up like that. People tell me that he likes me all the time, and his older friends stare at me and smile and talk to him and he'll be blushing and smiling, but since he is such a bad boy, he shouldn't be shy, right? But when I'm around him, he gets scared and turns red or whatever and walks away, but other times it seems like he tries to get closer to me. My sister has talked to him on myspace and said he called me cute, and when she said that I started crying out of happiness. And then one boy came up to me and asked ne if I like the boy, and I said no because I don't want the boy to know, and then he said "oh well, I heard he likes you." But nobody teases him in the clroom, it's just his older friends at lunch in the cafeteria. And when we were in the cafeteria before, I was playing around with one of my guy friends, and he started leaning back in his seat so far tha I thought he was going to fal in his chair. I think he was trying to listen to what we were saying, but he stopped leaning back, and he stared at me and then looked at the dude in a really mean way. I have no idea what to do. Please, I'm begging you to help me!
