Is he obsessed or in love with me?

say if you like a guy and he realises it... would it be weird that when he sees you he looks at you in the eyes and then holds his gaze.. untill you p by him?... what do you think of all this?... and lets just say that this guy has a habbit of ALWAYS doing that! and if you dont look at him he makes an attempt so you will notice him... making noise or something... so you will look?... and say if your talking with a guy... and he notices... why would you constantly stare at the guy... and if hes with a girl suddenly just walk away from her while looking at you??.... does he expect me to read his mind or talk to him?... cause i didnt.. ooh ya and i forgot to mention he randomly stood beside me and said nothing... like he didnt even blink lol... it was sooo weird... and i sware one time i saw him following me home... i like him but he just seems weird.. hes always staring at me from a distance and lisiting in when my friends and i are talking... his cousin ALWAYS looks at me!!
