Need a good Lawyer in the Richmond,VA...?

A few months ago I had my identity stolen by somebody. This person went into Pearson Mitsubishi and purchased a new 2006 Eclipse in my name. They had written up a fake power of attorney stating that they had power over my ets...I found out about all this from a letter I received from BB&T Finacial. I went directly to the Chesterfield PD (I live in WV so it was a good drive) and filled a report. When we arrived at Pearson's they more-less told us that they had no evidence because when they found out it was a fake POA they destroyed it to save the person that wrote it up (She used to work there and was good friends with the owner)....So I was told that the car was taken out of my name and put in hers, well i got a Credit Check down and I have a $16,000 car loan out in my name, and I have no car to show for it =( I contacted the police to try to get to the bottom of this and they said since they had already picked her (The one who stole my identity) up once and there was no evidence...
