Eviction process ohio?

I have a tenant who rented from us on a month to month basis in July, rent due on 15th of month. We live in Florida, the house is in Ohio. First month rent due, 20 days late, second month, 1 day late. Rent for third month, still haven't received. This would have been due on October 15th. We had to get a POA to represent us in court and filed the proper eviction papers. Problem ? This guy was court ordered to be out today and he didn't leave. I am not sure what the next step is?
