Why do I constantly lose my facebook page when clicking onto "favorites" ?

try to go into facebook and the page will not come up. hit "my fav *" and tried to google facebook and it still wont come up. Have had this problem for 2 weeks since your tech switched me back to clic yahoo. the live chat ID# was LTK565-59358X (jenn)
