I was changing a CFL light bulb, and it was a small piece of white stuff fell in my eye?

I was changing the light in the bathroom, and had to semi pull some pieces apart. It was one of those ventilators, and light all in one...any how I noticed it was broken and a pieceof white stuff fell in my eye, I then took it out. It was dusty, but since it was broken I'm worried what got in my eye had some type of mercury, or did I inhale it. I went to the drug store and bought eye wash, so who thinks I'm okay, or not?! Low key freakin' out.
