What the hell is their problem?

ignore them. when they come around if you can go somewhere else. keep your eyes and ears open make sure you stay in open places around other people and make sure they don't turn into a threat. and that phrase seems like some kind of slang.. that one word means idiot or and the other one means step so... i'm not really sure what they were trying to say but steer clear.
