I get beaten............!?

I will make this easy. my parents told me if i call dss or anything it will practiclly ruin my family... my brother is the only one who beats me im a girl hes a boy hes 3 years older and 100 pounds more. my parents see him do this stuff and may say stop but no punishment or anything. he called me every mean name there is and i got it recorded i showed my mom (((dad was away))) my mom laughed bcuz of how he said fatty then nothing else. i wanted to show my dad bcuz i know he would have something to acculy say but my brother deleted it b4 i could show my dad. my brother doesnt care ill be on the ground crying he will kick me in the head and stomach and punch me in the face he will do whatever he wants. i want to call dss or something. but it will ruin my family. so i get the choice get beated everyday very hurt by my brother or ruin my family..? idont know what to do im 13.
