How much to submit for this "Short Sale" home?

Do you believe the agent???? How would he/she know all the offers? In Canada a cash offer with no conditions would be favourable but maybe one of the other offers is also cash. Don't overspend what you can afford that is the key. There will always be another house...It looks like a very nice home. If it were me I would offer the asking price or even a little lower.
