Albanian bread/heavenly delight recipe?

I used to have an Albanian friend (she was actually from Kosovo if that helps) & her mom would make a deep fried bread/pastry. It wasn't sweet at all, so more like a bread. It was in the shape of a triangle and puffed up like a pillow. It tasted sooooo good. She said it translated to "Heavenly Delight" in english, but I can't seem to find a recipe for that. Anyone know the recipe or a different name it is under?
